Ryders fishing trip with dad & Grandpa

Ryder made friends with a squirrel. Lane said it would come right up and eat out of his hand. He fed him Granola and Jerky!!







Saturday Lane took Ryder fishing up Af canyon. Ryder caught the biggest one. Thank goodness they didn't keep them!! As for me I didn't know what to do with only Jaxon for the day, so I hit the mall like a good girl would!!

In the summer time lane loves to sit on the porch. He eats his lunch on the porch. At night he will sit out there and watch the cars go by. I tell him he is an old man cause that is what old men do right. Well he found a knew friend to sit with. Jax loves to be out doors. And he loves to sit with daddy.

Last year in my twenties

The birthday girl!!! I started my day off with a hour massage, sitting in a dry sauna.Then coming home to flowers and balloons. I ended the day with folding laundry and eating pizza. All good but the laundry part. Thank you to everyone for the gifts and wishes. I am looking forward to going shopping now!!

adventure

The reason I titled this as adventure because that is totally what it was. Jamie, Jean and I thought it would be FUN to take the kids up to the gateway. We were also looking for a dress for the wedding. We also thought the kids would like to ride tracks. So this is the story. We headed up to get on tracks. I had Jaxon in the carseat with my stroller to get on the tracks. An armfull for sure plus Ryder. The ride up was good kids happy. We get off to go shop and it is time for Jaxon to eat. No big deal, I go to get the formula and oh nothing!!! Are you kidding me no formula. I just filled it before we left but forgot to put it in the bag. So we start looking for a grocery store. You would think there has to be one close. We asked people they told us go up three blocks go here go there. So we are walking all over trying to find a place. Finally we ask a guy with no teeth where one might be. He looked at us like you are going to walk there. Any way long story. Grandma Jean came to the rescue and rode tracks down to a walmart to get formula. Then we she got back we went to eat at the food court. We get there we could barely fit in the door. It was packed. They had some convention going on. Madness!! Luckily the kids were patient and Jaxon he was even more after seven hours of not eating he downed he bottle and was a sleep in no time. After lunch we went to the water. It was hot and the kids had fun. So basically I ruioned the trip. We went to like two stores and the kids had had it! But the fun wasn't over we had to ride the tracks home. With three tired kids it was along ride and it was way crowded. With my wide load I had had it!! Next time we are driving. But that is a tipical trip for us. SOmething has to go wrong or the weather is bad. But it always makes a good story later!!
