This last week..

HAppy Birthday Grandma Jean!!!
Her birthday was Monday I won't say how young. We all went out to eat and had cake and ice cream. We gave her a swim suit for our trip to St. George!! Can't wait.

The Doctor said his foot was way swollen. More than normal. So he has to keep it elevated. Thank you all for the get well cards. Gram We got your card today and we all ready have had our ice cream. Thank you!!!




Jamie and I took the kids out to the thanksgiving point farm. We thought it would be a warm day but it still was chilly. Ryder got to ride the pony's twice. I helped Maih ride the pony. It was funny the girls were in Levi's and they barely could spread there legs so sit on the saddle.

So this week was eventful for our family. I was in Roosevelt on Tuesday night when I got this call from lane saying he just got home from the ER. He was playing in a alumni tournament at the high school when he snapped his akelli tendon. I don't know how to spell it and it is not in the spell check. He said he would go to the doctor in the morning to find out it he need surgery.So for me it was a long night. I felt so bad I wasn't there the only time he needed me. He went to the doctor called and said he was having surgery at 5. So I loaded up the car and headed out. I was planning on staying a few days but o well. I got home just in time for his brothers to give him a blessing then we headed to the hospital.



This is the brave patient. He said he was mainly nervous about the IV. He hasn't been in to much pain thanks to the pain meds. He is just frustrated that he can't so anything. He especially hates that I have to drive him around. I don't think I am a bad driver but he does.



This is to show what the next six months will look like for us. He goes in on Wednesday to get his cast. It is weird he never saw the doctor the day of the surgery. I asked him how they did it. Like did they have his leg in the air or rolled him over? He has no idea so we will find out on Wednesday.

Oh what a day.

I must say I had a ruff day. I woke up went to the Gymn and came home ate lunch then i went and got a hot stone hour massage. Yes I know it was so painful. NOT I loved it soo soo much. It was my valentine from lane and Ryder. I have always wanted to try one so I just had to. Beleive me you have to try it. It was like warm rocks being rubbed all over me. Then I went home and finshed of my cheesecake from last night. Yes I know I have a tough life. I guess I need to enjoy it while it last Right. Thanks boys momma liky!!!

I had to take a picture of us on our anniversary. This was when we were getting ready to go eat. Yes we took Ryder with us. I know we were brave. It never is relaxing to go eat with him.

So I will get my weekend away like I wanted. We have to figure things out with the Grandma on a weekend so then we will go.

Finally a day of sunshine

We were so happy to see the sun last Monday.Ryder decided he wasn't going to take a nap so I loaded him up and we headed to the park. It was soo nice. He is now big enough that he wants me to sit on the bench and watch him. Which I didn't mind I liked to sit in the cun soakin up the raze!!

This is the soccer jersey Uncle lance brought back from his mission for Ryder. Ryder was only 1 I think when he got so home so he had alot of growing to do. But I got it out the other day and it fits. He was so excited to go show lance his cool shirt

Five years no way.........

So tomorrow is our 5 year mark. I can't believe it lane hasn't left me once. HA HA. No really I love him more now than I did then. All I want is a night away that is all I ask. So maybe i could sleep in right???? One could hope.
Sorry re haven't been pictures lately. to be honest we haven't had much going on. Last week Ryder was sick. Coughing and throwing up. Not fun for me. I was so sick of cleaning up after him I would almost get angry. But then I would look at his little face and it would go away. One good thing about him being sick is he would cuddle with me. Yes that is right cuddle. He would ask me to hold him. That never happens. EVER!! So it made it all worth it in the end. He still has a cough that sounds horrible but at least he is eating again.
