FEED ME!!!

Jaxon is on solid food now and boy he can't get enough of it. If he sees you eating he wants it. The other day I was feeding him but got distracted by Ryder well jax grabbed the spoon and shoved it in his mouth. Like how dare you stop feeding me mom. As most know Ryder was never like this. We finally had to starve him to get him to try new food. I don't know what to do with a child who wants to eat.

i HAVE WANTED TO GO CAMPING FOR A WHILE WITH JUST THE BOYS. LAST YEAR IT NEVER HAPPENED I WAS PREGO AND IN NO MOOD TO CAMP. SO LAST THURSDAY NIGHT WE LOADED UP AND HEADED UP AF CANYON. IT WAS BLOODY HOT IN THE TRUCK. LANE DIDN'T CHARGE THE AC SO NO AIR. WE WERE ALL STUFFED IN THE FRONT, HOT, SO IT WAS OFF TO A GOOD START ALREADY. WE GET TO OUR SPOT LANE PICKED OUT. AND NOT 5 MIN AND RYDER TOUCHED A POKING WILOW OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT . TWO SECONDS BEFORE LANE HAD TOLD HIM SEE THIS PLANT SO NOT TOUCH IT. SO HE STARTS SCREAMING AND CRYING. WE GET ICE AND TRY TO CALM HIM DOWN. I START TO LAUGH AND SAY OH HOW I LOVE CAMPING. IN THE MEAN TIME JAXON I SCREAMING ALSO. SOMETHING ABOUT HIM BEING CAMPING YOU COULD NOT SET HIM DOWN OR HE WOULD CRY. FUN FOR ME!!!! RYDER HEARD ME SAY I HATE CAMPING SO ALL NIGHT HE KEPT SAYING THAT. BAD MOMMY ONCE AGAIN.

AFTER THE DRAMA IT WAS GETTING CHILLY SO WE DECIDED TO GO TO BED. AND IN A TENT IF THE KIDS GO TO BED SO DO YOU. I THINK LANE WANTED TO STAY UP AND LOOK AT THE STARS AND SIT BUT THAT WASN'T GOING TO HAPPEN. AMAZING THE KIDS SLEPT REALLY GOOD. WE WOKE UP AND ATE BREAKFAST AND HEADED TO THE LAKE TO DO SOME FISHING. I SAT IN THE SHADE WITH JAXON WHILE THE LANE AND RYDER FISHED.

IT WAS A FUN TRIP WHEN ALL WAS SAID AND DONE. ONE DAY WE WILL HAVE A TRUCK AND TRAILER AND IT WILL BE EVEN MORE FUN TO GO CAMPING!!!

Ryders swim lessons 2010

This year it was like I had a different kid. Ryder did not cry or scream once. He did everything the teacher asked him. Even went under the water. They play an animal in a basket how you gonna get out can't go over must go under. Then they go under water to get out. Last year he hated this game. He would scream but this year he did it. I was so proud of him. He is getting so big it blows my mind.

So yesterday it was dentist day for me and Ryder. I am bad and don't go every six months like you should but oh well.
Ryder was so brave he went all by himself while I got cleaned. He liked that he could watch cartoons while they looked at his teeth. I have never seen a kid so excited to brush his teeth now. Usually it is a big fight with him. He said mom get them nice and shiny that is what the dentist wants!.
Sad for me I have to go back. I swear can I just have one appointment without a cavity. I don't think I have any teeth left without a filling. Yes I like sugar!!


Update on Jax. His two bottom teeth have broke through. So watch your fingers!!! He also is on cereal. And loves it!!!! He wants to eat everything now. Weird, I never had this with Ryder.

Yes we are wearing matching shirts. One day out of the year I make lane wear the same shirt as me. He is a trooper but I know he really hates it! The boy were matching to but Jaxon stayed with Grandma and Grandpa Gary.

Grandma Mart's visit

The boys and I went to Roosevelt for a few days to spend time with Gram. It was alot of fun, craziness, no sleep, good food, good company. I love it when the cousins get together it makes me wish I lived closer.

Lehi 5k/ 10k

I forgot something.........

On Saturday morning they have a 5k run but this year it was also a 10k. I only did the 5k. Come on I just had a baby............ oh wait he is 6 months old I guess i can't use that excuse any more.


My first 5k since baby jax was born. Not bad, with ryder it took me a year to get to this point!! I did it in 26.56 min. I was pleased my goal was 28min. So I even beat that. Mom and dad, Lanes parents where there to cheer us on.
Lane would have came but the kids where still asleep. Never wake sleeping kids!!!

The runners! We made it. It was a new route this year and we weren't looking forward to it. It had two hills. It was fun and we will do it again next year!!

Parades and more Parades. I think this one was the Friday night parade. This is where the wards put together floats and make the kids walk in the heat!!! And it was hot!! But the kids loved to get the candy and wave to the people!!



Rodeo fun!! We go every year to the rodeo and get a rodeo burger and me I get a licorice rope!! My mom and dad and Grandma Mart came also. I am lame and didn't get there pictures.

Story time: So they had some jumpy things for the kids. Ryder went down the castle slid no big deal. He say this pirate one and wanted to go. He takes his shoes off and heads in. I hear him screaming so I jump the maze after him. A little girls told me he burnt his feet. Well the stupid thing was in the sun and it was HOT!! I ran into the side and got burned. Anyway I make my way with him sweating up a storm (remember it was hot). Another bad thing it wasn't blown up all the way so it was even harder for me to climb. I go down the slide and roll out onto the ground. Needless to say no more jumpy things for me.
