Happy Birthday Gram!!
Gram and Mom stopped bye on there way to the hotel. They were flying out the next morning. My family and Joani's gave gram the shirt, earrings and a bracelet. What more could a woman want on her birthday than to get dolled up!!!
Carni Time!!!
As we were walking around I would ask Ryder what ride next. He looked at the faris wheel and said that one. Ok I thought I can do that. So we stand in line and wait our turn. We get in our chair and start up. Ok not bad. Then we reach the top. Ok I start getting nervous. I am holding onto Ryder and he said let go mom. Usually I am ok with things like this but I was scared. We go around a couple times then it stops to let others on. So our chair started rocking. I told ryder DON"T MOVE. I was totally scared couldn't relax the whole time. But he had fun and was laughing cuz i was scared.
Our view from the top!!!
Ryders kid run
Ryder ran the American fork kids 1/2 mile this year. Since I have been running he has wanted to go with me. Finally he could do one. I thought he would want me to run with him, or we would have the whole bunny thing all over again. With tears and all. But he said no. Sad but he is already getting to big to do things with mom. He did so good. He ran all the way with a smile on his face. When he got done he said his legs where tires he went to fast!!!

Ryder's cousins Will and Jake ran also.

We had to leave before they did the awards. Ryder just knew he won one. We had the talk about all kids don't get one, it doesn't matter you did great, talk. Little did I know he won second place for his age. I am so proud!! He wore his metal that they gave all participants and his shirt all day and the next. All he would say was " mom remember when I did the 5k and some kids would walk but I ran all the way"

Jaxon is 18 months

Jaxon is 18 months old. My mom took this picture I love it.
Update on him.
He is 26lbs. He has a mouth full of teeth. He can say mom, dad, no, all gone, please
( pees), cheese, cow, his most favorite thing it whats that.
He know where his nose, eyes, hair and can say them.
He is a good eater. He loves pizza, fruit snacks and granola bars. He also thinks he is big enough to drink from a big cup but just really like to spill it. He
Loves to do what ever his brother does.
At the pool he is a fish. He does belly flops off the side, rolls around, loves the slides. The kid loves water. Every one always comments on him at the pool he cracks you up.
Crazy how much fast he has grown up since he has a big brother to teach him things. when he crys he will run to ryder for a hug.
He loves to go on walks in the stroller. He has a funny run. It makes his cheeks jiggle i love it!!
July 4th, Gram's Visit
Me and the boys headed to Roosevelt for the 4th. Lane had to work all weekend. We got there Friday just in time for the chicken dinner that they have. They also have a kids rodeo and a kids animal chase. Some of the cousins were doing it so I signed Ryder up for the bunny chase. I really didn't think he would do it. Grandpa took him out in the arena. They said go and all the kids ran. Ryder ran for a bunny and touched it but it got away so the tears started. He ran back crying. we tried to tell him to try again but he was just to upset. Well in the mean time my dad was crouched down next to the fence trying to talk to ryder, and a bunny came hopping over and stayed under my dads bum to hide from all the crazy kids. So my dad picked it up and gave it to Ryder this is the picture of it. So now we have a stinking bunny. We called lane and told him he said "no way are you bringing that home" So my sister Staci got stuck with it. Sorry. But her kids loved it. We told Ryder he can just go visit his bunny when we are out there. My kind of pet!! All and all he had a good time.

The next morning my dad ran the half marathon. I did the 5k. It is one of my favorites. It is a slit down hill so you get a good time. And it is fun to run down next to the fields. So after I was done I waited for my dad to come. Mom and Gram had my kids so they wouldn't make it. But I was so proud of my dad he totally beat his goal time. Of course when he does things he always does it to the fullest. Anyway it had been fun to have something to do together. Next I will try the 1/2.

So manly pushing his stroller.
Neola Parade
I think this year we have been to many parades. I have way to much taffy. I didn' smarten up and leave ryders candy from both parades for grandma's candy jar in Roosevelt.

Gram came to visit for a few weeks. It is kinda a crazy time. Everyone wants to spend time with her but life still goes on. So I didn't get to see her as much as I wanted. It never seems long enough no matter how long she stays. But we loved having her here. And can't wait till next year.

Steel water Dam.

Sunday we took a drive top upper steel water. The water was crazy. It was a long drive for kids but I am glad we made it. I asked my dad when we left if a quarter tank would make it he said yeah. So all the way up I watched the gauge go down. And when we got there I was past empty. I was worried. On the way back I think it was before we hit mountain home the gas light came on. Ok I knew I had like 30 miles left so I was hoping Altamont was close enough. But thank goodness we coasted into altamont and filled up then I could relax I should have known better oh well.

Vernal parade

Grandpa and the boys at the vernal parade. He was a trooper to let Jax eat his Popsicle on his lap.

Grandpa got the train out. He even had it decked out with flags and had all the kids hold one. The kids love riding the train. It is funny when it comes out all the kids in the neighborhood come out to ride it.

black and white truck
This is lanes truck. His dad gave it to him. It has been a good truck. The seats were scratchy , the truck was very loud and now we don't all fit. Well to lane we do but not comfortable. But lane loved it. It has saved us many of times. Lane bought his dads old truck which is better. We now all can fit in it. So they decided to sell the black and white. I always say Lane is and old man. HE loves to sit on the porch and he loves the good old classic trucks. He was sad to see it go.
